This is going to be a bit complecated.
How it works:
See, the normal members make selected staff members avatars, or as I call them icons. See each selected staff member will have their own post on the thread, and they will show the icons made for them so far. The staff will say a short discription of what they want in their icon.
Anyways, at the deadline, the selected staff will choose 1st 2nd and 3rd, the first one will be the icon they use, and the user who made that one will get a rank, Icon Master.
Too complicated? Well it is accually simple, just you're job as a normal member is to post icons made by you and you only for us staff members!
I'm pretty sure all of the staff got my PM, here are the list of staff attending and what they want in thier icon.
Nintenfreak_101 - I'm looking for a nice icon, one with penguins in it, or wolfs, make it look cool!

Note to participanting staff, please send me what you want in your icon for me to edit it in here. And post your icon placement according to the order I have you in.
